Jansenville

Jansenville (spr. dschännssenwill), fruchtbare Division der britisch-südafrikan. Kapkolonie, nordwestlich von Port Elizabeth, von den Winterhoekbergen und dem Sundayfluß durchzogen, 4980 qkm mit (1891) 9353 Einw. (4179 Weiße, meist Buren, 1928 Bantu, 2246 Hottentotten). Der gleichnamige Hauptort am Sunday hat (1891) 557 Einw.
