Innerleithen (spr. -lĭthen), Stadt und Badeort in Peeblesshire (Schottland), am Leithen Water, unweit seiner Mündung in die Tweed, mit Wollmanufaktur, einer Mineralquelle (St. Ronans Quelle in einer Novelle von W. Scott) und (1901) 2181 Einw.
