Gewicht: in Genua zu 18 Once oder 11/2 Libbre sottile = 475,125g. in Neapel (R. di Puglia) zu 1000 Trappesi = 890,997 g, in Sizilien zu 30 Once oder 12 Once alla grossa = 793,42 g und in Malta wenig größer = 1,75 lb. avd. Früheres türkisches Gewicht und noch vielfach gebraucht: in Konstantinopel 176 Dirhem = 563,356 und in üblicher Abrundung = 561,11 g, in Beirut 800 Dramm = 2,5503 kg und für syrische Seide 11/3 Oken = 2,2953 kg, in Ägypten neben andern der gewöhnliche Rottel zu 12 Uckie = 444,73 oder nach englischer Angabe 449,28 g, in Tripolis (Rottol) zu 16 Uckie = 488,32 g. Ferner in Oman 1/2 Mahnd, in Abessinien zu 10 Mocha oder 12 Wakiet noch = 311,035 g, in Tunis der R. Sucki für Fleisch etc. zu 18 Uckie = 566,77 g und der R.
