Non-jurors (engl., spr. -dschürers, »Nichtschwörer«), Bezeichnung der Jakobiten (s. d. 2) in England, die den nach Vertreibung Jakobs II. zur Herrschaft gelangten Königen den Untertaneneid verweigerten. Vgl. Overton, The Nonjurors (Lond. 1902).
