Vervielfältigung

Vervielfältigung, die durch äußere Werkzeuge auf mechanischem oder chemischem Wege erfolgende Wiedergabe einer Schrift oder eines Kunstwerkes. Das ausschließliche Recht hierzu bildet einen Bestandteil des Urheberrechts. Die V. durch die Buchdruckpresse oder auf anderm mechanischen oder chemischen Wege ist ferner maßgebend für den Begriff der Druckschrift, indem alle erwähnten Erzeugnisse den Vorschriften des Preßgesetzes unterliegen.
