Toscanella (das alte Tuscania), Stadt in der ital. Provinz Rom, Kreis Viterbo, 166 m ü. M., an der Marta, hat etruskische Gräber, mittelalterliche Mauern und Türme, zwei kunstgeschichtlich bedeutende Kirchen (Basiliken) mit schönen Fassaden: San Pietro (8.–10. Jahrh.) und Santa Maria Maggiore (1059 bis 1206), ein Seminar, eine Schwefelquelle, Steinbrüche und (1901) 4270 (als Gemeinde 5067) Einw.
