Oldfieldĭa Hook., Gattung der Euphorbiazeen mit nur einer Art, O. africana Hook., einem Baum mit langgestielten Blättern, ganzrandigen, gestielten Blättchen, weichhaarigem Blütenstand, gestielten, achselständigen, zymösen, männlichen Blüten und aufspringen der Kapsel. Der im tropischen Westafrika wachsende Baum liefert ein treffliches Nutzholz (afrikanische Eiche), das auch als Schiffbauholz benutzt wird.
