Saint Germans (spr. ßent dschörmens), alte Marktstadt in der engl. Grafschaft Cornwall, 15 km nordwestlich von Plymouth, mit alter Kirche im normännisch-gotischen Stil (1894 restauriert), Handel mit Kohlen und Vieh, Fischerei und (1901) 2126 Einw. Dabei Port Eliot, Landsitz des Grafen von Saint Germans, mit Gemäldesammlung. S. war bis 1046 Bischofssitz von Cornwall.
