Rawi (Ravi, bei den Alten Hydraotes), einer der fünf Ströme des Pandschab, entspringt unter 32°26' nördl. Br. und 77° östl. L. am Himalaja im Tributärstaat Tschamba, fließt südöstlich an Lahor vorüber, wo er bereits schiffbar ist, und mündet, 724 km lang, oberhalb Multan in den Tschenab. Die linke Seite des Flusses begleitet der 594 km lange, 1849–71 erbaute schiffbare Bari-Doabkanal.
