Phosphīde (Phosphorete, Phosphormetalle), Verbindungen des Phosphors mit Metallen, sind indifferent, zum Teil Metallegierungen ähnlich, und werden oft durch Säuren unter Entwickelung von Phosphorwasserstoff zersetzt. Eisenphosphoret findet sich im Roheisen und macht es brüchig. Kupfer- und Zinnphosphoret dienen zur Darstellung von Phosphorbronze.
