Montēros, Departementshauptort in der argentinischen Provinz Tucumán, zwischen zwei von der Sierra de Aconquija herabkommenden Nebenflüssen des Rio Dolce, an der Bahn Tucumán-La Madrid, mit Zuckersiedereien, Sägewerken und 4000 Einwohnern.
