Jászó (spr. jāßō, Joos), Dorf im ungar. Komitat Abauj-Torna, südwestlich von Kaschau, an der Bodwa, hat eine prächtige Kirche (mit Kuppel und zwei Türmen), eine Prämonstratenserpropstei (seit 1255), ein Schloß, ein reichhaltiges Archiv mit Bibliothek, Marmorgruben und (1901) 1445 meist magyarische (römisch-kath.) Einwohner. In der Nähe die schachtförmige Jászóer Grotte mit schönen Tropfsteingebilden und eine Eisenhütte.
