Ishma (Ischma), Fluß im nordöstlichen Rußland, durchfließt in südnördlicher Richtung einen Teil der Gouvernements Wologda und Archangelsk und mündet nach 405 km langem Lauf links in die Petschora. An ihm liegt das Dorf I. mit 1600 Einw., das Zentrum aller Syrjänenstämme.
