Compascŭum (lat.), in der Zusammensetzung jus compascui: das Weiderecht der Gemeindeglieder auf Gemeindegründen, gemeinsames Weiderecht mehrerer auf fremdem Grunde, gegenseitiges Weiderecht mehrerer Grundeigentümer (s. auch Koppelweide); jus compascendi, Recht des Grundeigentümers, neben dem Weideberechtigten sein Vieh auf die Weide zu treiben.
