Raphoe (spr. raffu), Städtchen in der irischen Grafschaft Donegal, südwestlich von Londonderry, hat eine Kathedrale (1894 restauriert), eine Lateinschule und etwa 950 Einw. Das katholische Bistum wurde 1835 mit dem von Londonderry vereinigt.
