Perimeter

Perimeter (griech.), ziemlich veraltetes Fremdwort für Umfang (s. d.); auch ein Instrument zur Messung des Gesichtsfeldes. Am häufigsten wird das von Aubert und Foerster angegebene P. benutzt. Näheres s. Tafel »Augenuntersuchung«, S. IV. Vgl. Ole Bull, Perimetrie (Bonn 1895).
