Marsico Nuovo (spr. márßiko), Stadt in der ital. Provinz und dem Kreise Potenza, am Agri, Sitz eines Bischofs, mit Ölgewinnung und (1901) 2419 (als Gemeinde 6321) Einw. 7 km südöstlich auf einer Anhöhe liegt Marsico Vetĕre, mit altem Kastell.
