Isle (spr. īl'), rechter Nebenfluß der Dordogne in Südfrankreich, entspringt südöstlich von Nexon, durchfließt in südwestlicher Richtung die Departements Obervienne, Dordogne und Gironde und mündet bei Libourne. Nebenflüsse sind links die Dronne, rechts die Haute-Vézère (Auvézère). Der 235 km lange Fluß ist aufwärts bis Périgueux, 143 km weit, schiffbar und in seinem untersten Lauf auch für Seeschiffe zugänglich.
