Tribüne (franz., v. mittellat. tribuna), Rednerbühne, namentlich für parlamentarische Redner; auch die für die Zuhörer bestimmte Galerie in Parlamentslokalen; Schaugerüst; in den altchristlichen Basiliken soviel wie Apsis (s. Basilika). Mit T. bezeichnete man in Gemäldegalerien nach der jetzt aufgelösten in den Florentiner Uffizien Säle, in denen die bedeutendsten Werke aus allen Schulen vereinigt waren.
