Torrox (spr. -rōch), Bezirkshauptstadt in der span. Provinz Malaga, am Südabhang der Sierra de Almijara, nahe der Küste des Mittelländischen Meeres gelegen, hat Orangenkultur, Rohrzuckerplantagen, Zucker- und Ölfabriken und (1900) 6953 Einw.
