Tollin

Tollin (spr. tolläng), Henri, reform. Theolog, geb. 5. Mai 1833 in Berlin, gest. 11. Mai 1902 in Magdeburg, wirkte als Lehrer am französischen Gymnasium in Berlin, dann als reformierter Pfarrer in Frankfurt a. O., dann fünf Jahre als Pfarrer in Schulzendorf (Kreis Ruppin), seit 1876 als Pastor der französischen reformierten Kirche in Magdeburg. Er schrieb unter anderm: »Geschichte der französischen Kolonie in Frankfurt a. O.« (Frankf. 1868); »Dr. M. Luther und Servet« (Berl. 1875); »Phil. Melanchthon und Servet« (das. 1876); »Die Entdeckung des Blutkreislaufs durch M. Servet« (Jena 1876); »Das Lehrsystem M. Servets« (Gütersl. 1876–78, 3 Bde.); »Servet und Mart. Butzer« (Berl. 1880); »Geschichte der französischen Kolonie von Magdeburg« (Halle u. Magdeb. 1887–94, 3 Bde. in 4 Tln.). Zahlreiche Arbeiten von ihm enthalten die »Geschichtsblätter des deutschen Hugenottenvereins«.
