Scrip (v. subscription) nennt man in England die einzelnen Teile eines Omnium (s. d.), ferner die Zertifikate über nicht voll gezahlte Stocks (s. d.), sodann auch den Interimsschein über die bald auszugebende Aktie. Railway-scrip ist eine gewöhnliche Eisenbahnaktie, zum Unterschied von Railway-bond, Prioritätsaktie.
