Rakovszky, Stefan von, ungar. Politiker, geb. 16. Juni 1858 in Wien, studierte in Preßburg, wo sich sein Vater um die Geschichte der Stadt verdient machte, und betrat dann die militärische Laufbahn, vertauschte sie aber bald mit der politischen. 1896 als Mitglied der katholischen Volkspartei ins Parlament entsendet, wurde er im Januar 1905 von der koalisierten Opposition zum zweiten Vizepräsidenten des Abgeordnetenhauses gewählt.
