Price (spr. praiß), Bonamy, engl. Volkswirt, geb. 22. Mai 1807 auf Guernsey, gest. 8. Jan. 1888 in Oxford, studierte daselbst und wurde 1830 Hilfsprofessor in Rugby und 1868 Professor an der Universität Oxford. Außer zahlreichen Artikeln in Fachzeitschriften schrieb er: »The anglo-catholic theory« (1852); »The principles of currency« (1869); »Currency and banking« (1876; deutsch von Brefeld, Berl. 1877); »Chapters on practical political economy« (2. Aufl. 1882).
