Ohm (Ω, internationales O.), nach dem Gesetz vom 1. Juli 1898 Einheit des elektrischen Widerstandes, wird dargestellt durch den Widerstand einer Quecksilbersäule von 0°, deren Länge bei durchweg gleichem, 1 qmm gleich zu achtendem Querschnitt 106,8 cm und deren Masse 14,4521 g beträgt.
