Kobrin (Kobryn), Kreisstadt im russ. Gouv. Grodno, am Muchawetz und an der Eisenbahn Brest-Brjansk, mit 4 Kirchen, Getreide- und Viehhandel und (1897) 10,365 Einw. Hier ergab sich 27. Juli 1812 der sächsische General Klengel den Russen.
